Do my clients need an account?

No. Your clients open the gallery by a link. The couple signs in with a code they receive by email; guests come in by their own link or the QR code.

Can I move from Pic-Time or Pixieset?

Yes. Upload your gallery's export as a ZIP or folder – Kadrio takes over the photos and the folder structure. An interrupted import resumes without duplicate photos.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, with any paid plan, for your website and galleries. We set up the HTTPS certificate automatically.

Which files can I upload?

JPEG, PNG and HEIC. Kadrio makes fast web versions automatically; your originals stay unchanged.

How does the guest gallery work?

You create the guest gallery in the job, print the QR code and set the time window. Guests upload without an account. You decide whether photos appear at once, after a delay or only once accepted – you and the couple can accept or delete them.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, at any time in your account under “Plan”. More storage, or moving to yearly billing, applies at once; you are charged the new plan less the unused part of your current one, and you see the amount before you confirm. A smaller plan, or moving to monthly billing, applies from the end of the paid period; until then you can take it back.

How do I cancel?

Right in your account under “Plan”, with “Cancel contracts here”, or by email, at the end of the term; after that the free plan applies. Consumers can cancel a yearly plan after its first year at any time with one month’s notice and get the unused part back automatically.
